Hulton Park nearing decision

We’ve been working on Peel L&P’s scheme for Hulton Park in Bolton for most of this year, and it’s far and away the most complex project I’ve ever worked on!

We have been responsible for masterplanning the residential elements of the scheme, producing Design Codes and D&AS input, as well as designing some custom house types for the scheme, in particular some fantastic house that will overlook the Ryder Cup golf course. We’re just one small part of a vast team of incredible consultants helping to bring the many different aspects of the project together, but we’re really proud of how the scheme is looking in the brilliant visuals that have been pulled together ready for when the scheme goes to planning committee.

We can’t claim any credit for the visuals, they’ve been prepared by OurStudio using our house designs and site layout.
