Mosley Common is a draft allocation in Greater Manchester’s Places For Everyone spatial framework. Our client is preparing an application for submission, and Hope Architects are appointed to deliver the phase 1 detailed elements.

The site is heavily constrained by historic mine workings, subterranean services, and natural assets such as water courses, trees, and hedgerows. Hope Architects have worked closely with the team for the site’s wider masterplan and led the Phase 1 design team in preparing a hybrid planning application, which is expected to be submitted shortly.
