Creating vibrant and sustainable places is key to Kieran's approach to urban design and placemaking, and he brings many years' experience to the practice having worked on schemes up and down the country for a wide variety of clients. He's well versed in masterplanning and layout design for sites large and small, but is a particular specialist in writing Design Codes - an increasingly vital part of modern property development.

Kieran grew up, studied and lives in Greater Manchester, but gained a huge amount of experience working in the public sector in New Zealand helping drive forward regeneration projects and earthquake recovery schemes. He loves to walk, run, cycle, camp and generally puts the whole practice to shame with his level of commitment to fitness and spending time in the great outdoors. He's not normally put off by the weather, but if it really is too bad to be outside, he can be found in Manchester enjoying the music scene. He is the unchallenged axe throwing champion of the office.
